RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Overview

At JoyCrate (a brand of Jaska Ventures Pvt. Ltd.), your satisfaction matters to us. We want every purchase to feel like a joy — and if it doesn't, we've made the return and refund process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

This policy applies to all physical products purchased directly through Joycrate's official website or authorised sales channels.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:


2.1 Eligible for Return

  • Item received is damaged, defective, or broken
  • Item received is incorrect (wrong product or variant)
  • Item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation intact


2.2 Not Eligible for Return

The following items will not be accepted for return:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer
  • Returns requested after 7 days from the date of delivery


3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:


Step 1

Email us at support@joycrate.in within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and reason for return.

Step 2

Attach clear photographs of the item and packaging (especially if damaged or incorrect).

Step 3

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm whether it is approved.

Step 4

Once approved, we will arrange a free pickup from your delivery address. No drop-off required.

Step 5

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will initiate your refund within 5–7 business days.


4. Return Shipping

Joycrate bears the full cost of return shipping for all approved return requests. You will not be charged any pickup or courier fees at any point in the process.

Please ensure the item is securely packed before the scheduled pickup to avoid any damage in transit.


5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Timelines

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund is initiated.


5.2 Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued through one of the following methods, based on how the original payment was made:

Note: Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Joycrate is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions.


6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting us at support@joycrate.in. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return once the item is delivered.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different variant or item, please initiate a return as described above and place a fresh order for the desired product.
